My journey with Yoga began 10 years ago at a turning point in my life which had me seeking personal practice. Having had a history of battling anxiety + depression, I began the search for something that would help quiet the noise of the mind + bring forward a deeper sense of peace, healing + understanding. Yoga is medicine and has helped me to create a life of purpose + intentionempowering me to work through old wounds to bring forward the most authentically expressed version of me. My wish is to share this practice in a way that inspires you to do the same. I believe yoga is the catalyst for deep self-discovery, love + truth within ourselves.
